Exercise is necessary for every age, be it in the form of jogging, strolling, swimming, aerobics or some physical activity.  It has been revealed in different studies that by taking exercise not only the extra calories burn but the performance of metabolism increases and appetite decreases.

Scientists believe that exercise keeps the system of internal glands in good working condition. Due to the secretion of hormones one feels himself relatively younger.  That’s a good sign for your skin and body.  Exercise improves the performance of every organ and it builds the power andstamina of the organ.  Immune system gets power because of blood circulatory system.  The whole body as a result gets more oxygen and nutrients.

It is usually believed that as long as your body doesn’t enter in the sphere of pain, it is futile to take exercise.  But this maxim has been proved wrong.

Those who fall a prey to hurry in order to keep themselves fit usually take extra exercise.  Whereas the fact is that there is no short cut to attain healthy and fit body.

YOU CAN ALSO ACQUIRE FITNESS

If you are above thirty and yet you have not done any sort of exercise, do consult your physician before you try to get fitness. 

Go to some expert instructor instead of just reading a book.  You are advised not to take any exercise instead of starting an exercise in a wrong way.  Because a wrong exercise will do you a serious harm instead of giving you benefit.  An expert instructor can surely put you on a right track which a book cannot. 

You can join a gymnasium or a yoga teacher as well.  Once reaching on a comfortable level, you can yourself continue it

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING FIT AND BEING THIN

There is a remarkable difference in becoming fit and in becoming thin.  Every thin person is not healthy and neither falls in the category of fit persons.  Anyone can reduce his weight through crash dieting but by doing so, he will not only reduce his weight but alsohis energy and stamina.

Whenever you start an exercise, you’ll feel some sort of pain in your body for a few days.  Take heart and not be disappointed just because of this pain.  Keep on taking exercise, your body will be accustomed to this exercise and the sense of pain will gradually came to an end.  Do exercise till your body bears it; as soon as you feel pain, stop doing exercise.  When the muscles are stressed extra, they may tear or burst.  Try to understand the difference between pain and fatigue.  Keep a vigilant eye on your body before and during exercise.  Stop doing exercise whenever you start feeling pain. 

Stretch your body as long as it can be stretched but with complete satisfaction.  Start any exercise with eight times; then keep on increasing the number daily.  Over-exercising is useless and futile.  Stop the exercise at once when you feel restlessness, pain or trouble.  When you feel yourself easy, start it again.  Moreover when you are ill and are not feeling yourself fit, do not take exercise.

DON’T REGARD ANY EXERCISE USELESS

Never consider any exercise futile; always enjoy it and experience the novel and fresh waves of pleasure.  If you don’t feel easy, it means either you are not taking exercise properly or your attention is diverted.  Always wear loose garments and take exercise in open air if possible where fresh air is in abundance because during and after exercise heart and other organs need more blood and oxygen supply.  Select an easy time table and don’t stuff yourself at least two hours before taking exercise.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN

You are advised not to take exercise as soon as you get up early in the morning.  First of all stroll for some time so that your muscles may become relaxed.  Because when one gets up, one’s muscles are usually hard and stiff and if you move them at once, you may cause some injury to them.  Take some light exercise to warm up your body before starting hard exercise.  For instance, before jogging, move your hands and feet for some time so that their stiffness may end.  Similarly it is also essential to cool down your body after the exercise.  Therefore after the completion of exercise, you should not sit or lay down at once.  Rather engage yourself in some domestic activity.
